I am a forty-two year old professional man, recently moved to Amsterdam. I am creative director of an advertising agency and a copywriter. I started and ran my own business, a design and communication agency in Cape Town for the last 15 years (of which I am still a partner and part owner). The decision to move to Amsterdam was fuelled in part by the offer of the company I now work for and part, a new adventure (this is the first time I am living and working in Europe, a life-long dream that is now my reality). I am independent (financially and emotionally). I am no prude, but I am not interested in the gay scene (i.e. not into clubs and bars). I am considered attractive, I work out daily and have a decent body. For personal reasons I don't drink or use drugs, but have no issues with others' moderate drinking (not drugs). Slowly, I am assimilating and adjusting to my new life here - a good and happy one - and wouldn't mind someone to share that with. A meeting (of minds, at least to begin with) with other professional men is what I'm after. And if the connection works, whatever follows, I'm absolutely fine with that too.
